Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu

  1. In a stand mixer, by hand or with an electric mixer, whip the cream and sugar together until thickened.
  2. Add the mascarpone, pumpkin purée and 4 tbsp pumpkin pie spice, then mix on low until smooth. Set aside in the fridge.
  3. Now, assemble the tiramisu. One by one, lightly dip the ladyfingers in the espresso, then arrange them in a first layer in the bottom of the dish.
  4. Generously spread pumpkin cream mixture on top.
  5. Repeat the steps (once or more, depending on the type and size of your dish), finishing with a thin layer of pumpkin pie spice.
  6. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Tips

For those who don’t like pumpkin pie spice, you could add the same amount of maple sugar or cinnamon sugar instead.
