Creamy Raspberry Mocktail

Accented with lemon, this fruity mocktail is fresh and lively with a smooth and creamy finish.

  1. Thread cocktail skewers with 3 raspberries each.
  2. Transfer 1/4 cup (60 mL) raspberries to each of 2 rocks glasses. Muddle until juicy. Top each with ¼ cup lemonade and stir together. Top with ice.
  3. Transfer remaining raspberries to cocktail shaker; fill with ice. Pour in whipping cream and remaining lemonade. Shake until cocktail shaker is frosty.
  4. Strain into glasses. Top with sparkling water and garnish with raspberry skewers.

Tips

Substitute raspberries with sliced strawberries, blackberries or blueberries. When berries are not in season, use frozen fruit.

Substitute lemonade with limeade or citrus juice for variation.
