- In a medium skillet, add raspberries, sugar, Lactantia Lactose-Free 10% cream, and chocolate chips.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the mixture thickens (about 5–8 minutes).
- Remove from heat and pour into a parchment-lined loaf pan.
- Transfer to the fridge and chill for 1 hour.
- Move to the freezer and let set overnight.
- For best results, remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
