                    Ham, Broccoli and Cheese Gratin

- Preheat oven to 350 °F.
 - In a saucepan over medium-low heat, sweat onion in butter with nutmeg and salt.
 - When onion is translucent, add flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
 - Gradually whisk in the milk.
 - Add the Gruyère and stir.
 - Taste, then adjust your béchamel sauce as needed.
 - Add the blanched broccoli and cubed ham to the sauce, then mix.
 - Transfer to an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with a bit of grated Gruyère.
 - Form each sheet of phyllo dough into a spiral-shaped ball, but not too tightly so that it cooks properly, then place on top of the gratin.
 - Once all the phyllo sheets have been arranged, brush the pastry with melted butter.
 - Cook in the oven for about 25 minutes, or until the pastry is cooked through and golden brown.
