Iced Honey Whipped Coffee

This trendy coffee gets a honey-sweetened update with the rich taste of Lactantia cream.


  • 1/2 cup Lactantia 10% Half & Half Cream or Fat Free Creamer or 5% Light Cream or Lactose Free 10% Half & Half Cream
  • 2 tbsp boiling water
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp honey, divided


  1. In bowl, combine 2 tbsp boiling water, instant coffee and 1 1/2 tbsp honey. Using hand mixer, whip on medium-high speed for about 2 minutes or until light, fluffy and doubled in volume.
  2. Fill glass halfway with ice and add cream. Top with coffee mixture and drizzle with remaining honey.


Serve with a straw.
