Ready for a butter run? A few quick tips!

To ensure the quality of your butter and your personal safety, please adhere to the following directives:

  • Temperature Control: Cream is highly perishable. It must not remain unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours (this limit drops to 1 hour if the ambient temperature exceeds 20 °C).
  • Activity Duration: We recommend a maximum churning session of 90 minutes. If the outdoor temperature exceeds 30 °C, we strongly advise postponing the activity.
  • Preparation: Keep the cream chilled until the exact moment of departure. Use pasteurized or UHT cream and wash your hands before filling the container.
  • Post-Activity: Once your butter is ready, place it in the refrigerator immediately.
